职位描述：
Solution Specialist is to raise the proposal and solution to fulfill the customer requirement by providing timely response.

Solution Specialist sometimes needs to do the customer engagement directly via the On-site visit and Phone with accurate information and solutions. He/She needs to decide how to fulfill each customer’s needs best in varying critical and non-critical situations, in order to maintain a high level of professionalism, customer satisfaction and quality of service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Work with the Solution Manager to deliver the qualified proposal
? Collaboration with BD team and Project Manager to catch any sales leads and learn the details requirement of the project to provide the related IT solution
? Bridge for IT operation team to ensure the quality and efficiency outputs and results

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

? University Degree.
? At least 2 years working experience.
? Good experience on internal collaboration and customer engagement, PMP is nice to have.
? Ability to learn new technology quickly.
? Excellent English communication skills
? Excellent paper work skill with proficient on PPT and Excel
? Excellent Mandarin communication skills.
? Excellent teamwork spirit.
? Solid problem solving skills.
? Strong sense of urgency and accountability
? Be good at managing multiple tasks, set priorities and meet or exceed deadline.
