Key Responsibilities:
? Work as an extension of the Industry Manager/Business Manager/Product Managers/OEM team to design and develop integrated marketing programs to execute the related strategies to drive awareness, preference, leads, and customer advocacy.
? Develop strategic annual execution plan and targets for programs.
? Create awareness and communication channel for related product and service to internal customers, channel partners and customers. Work with business owner to design promotion plan to attract customers.
? Work with business stakeholders to develop messaging, high quality content and marketing campaigns to support and drive customer acquisition and retention efforts.
? Prepare, schedule, and organize customer-facing activities to generate business opportunities.
? Develop or localize sales tools to provide value selling points and handy sales tools.
? Evaluate program through use of relevant metrics
? Delivers programs on occasion
? Translate market research data and technology/market trends into meaningful implications to the specific products.
? Localize and implement global and AP market development initiatives / programs which appropriate for Greater China market.
? Develop and manage marketing program budget for implementing marketing programs / initiatives.
Minimum Qualification:
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Automation.
? Proven marketing program working experience.
? Market vision and sales minded with good creativity
? Well-versed and experienced in marketing service-oriented solutions, not just products, with a strong ability to define, prioritize, and execute the right set of product marketing objectives to help grow demand for our industry leading services or solutions.
? Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and third parties with proven ability to influence without formal authority.
? Work experience in MS/SAP/Oracle/E-Commerce marketing field is added advantage.
? Project management and organizing abilities.
? Fluency in English
