职位描述：
Responsibilities:
This position liaison between US team and factory and vendor in China
Understand product drawings from the U.S. team
Translate the requirements to Chinese vendors and factory
Working out process procedure and cycle time of new project
Continue improve the process procedure and machine cycle time, promote the volume
Manage the process documents and keeping update
Training for process technician
The real time trouble shooting during the production.
Qualify and audit vendors, help vendors develop proper manufacturing, testing, and quality control procedures and documentation
Develop and improve monthly reports to quantify Quality Improvement and highlight areas requiring additional attention
Identify and implement cost reduction activities relating to process time, efficiency of operation and material waste

Requirement:
Degree in Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years, experience in process development and process improvement
Process experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Magnetics industry
Excellent communication skills
Good people skill & strong teamwork spirit
Excellent in oral & writing English 举报 分享
