- New process study, introduce and optimization
新生产工艺的研究，导入及优化
- Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement activity for product and manufacturing process to meet the product quality, manufacturing efficiency and cost effectiveness
降低产品制造过程中的生产成本，并保持持续改进，以满足产品质量、效益和效率要求
- Responsible for manpower training, daily management of employees and standard time definition
负责人员的培训安排，员工的日常管理及标准工作时间的定义

Quality & Background/岗位要求
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering /Mechanics/Materials
本科及以上学历，工程类、机械类或材料类专业
- More than 1 years’ practical working experience in surface treatment (e.g. cleaning, tumbling)
一年以上表面处理工艺管理经验，如清洗，滚筒磨光等
- Have basic know of LEAN production
对精益生产有基本了解
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
良好的人际沟通能力
- Can work under pressure
良好的抗压能力
- Frequent overtime and weekend assignments necessary
