职位描述：
Overall Purpose:
？ Be in charge of the whole accounting function ensure the proper and timely of accounting treatment and booking.
？ Build improve financial management system; comprehensively control annual budget capital operation and daily management of finance team.
？ Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place and that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with corporate requirements.

Responsibilities:
？ Manage China Finance teams & daily finance work in compliance with PRC, GAAP
？ Preparation of monthly management reports for HQ reporting and analyze costs and financial ratios
？ Run the month end closing of account in SAP in compliance with local China GAAP and US GAAP
？ Ownership of Cash-Flow management & Forecast and Net Working Capital management
？ Internal control monitoring and SAP literate
？ Prepares the yearly budget (and quarterly revision) for China activity in coordination with the Heads of Dept. (Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, etc.)
？ Prepare the financial monthly report and analyses the progress against budget
？ Supervises the month end closing, quarterly management closings and year-end statutory closing; consolidate the accounts of all Municipal projects for management reporting and reconcile management and statutory closings
？ Foster close working relationship with Sales & Marketing team to support the team at the front line.
？ Liaise with external stakeholders such as bankers, auditors, consultant, lawyers, tax advisor, tax department & other government official.
？ Communicate effectively with all Internals stakeholders locally, regionally and globally.

Requirements:
？ Minimum 10 + years’ working experience in finance function in the manufacturing company with 5 years at managerial level
？ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Ability to speak English fluently
？ Good time management, be able to work according to schedules and work plans, proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
？ Familiar with Chinese tax rules, accounting regulations
？ High level of US GAAP knowledge and Deferred Tax principles
？ Excellent Advanced Excel skills, Familiar with SAP system; HFM and SYSPRO
？ Bachelor degree with a major in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university
？ Attention to details and meticulous in all aspect of your work
？ Possess a strong & sound understanding of standard costing in SAP
？ A thorough understanding of NWC concept and it key driver
？ Good presentation skills and ability prepare report in Power Points
？ Proactive and possess high level of initiative
？ Ability to read & interpret complex & high volume of financial data
