THE POSITION
-- CS SCS Technical Consultant – 技术顾问
该职位为飞利浦医疗科技SCS部门招聘技术顾问,一旦录用,将提供完善的培训和职业发展和晋升通道,并在飞利浦医疗转型中,提供实现个人和公司发展双赢的舞台
Key responsibilities:
- 和项目经理、解决方案架构师合作,对售前进行场地支持,以对IT建设、网络架构等提供专业咨询帮助完成最终解决方案,并帮助评估项目工时
- 深入了解项目最终方案,对项目部署和实施过程中的硬件、软件和系统安装、配置和运维提供现场技术支持;
- 对系统进行软硬件升级、备份数据库,提供云端技术架构和设计方案,并帮助项目实现客户需求;
- 与临床顾问、集成或开发顾问、项目经理以及客户或第三方一起工作,解决项目实施中的各种问题;
- 项目经理不在现场,可代理执行项目管理的相关事宜,并向项目经理和客户报告项目执行进度;
- 与客户或第三方进行有效沟通,进行多任务管理和协作,并和客户建立良好关系
Key competences / experiences:
- 本科以上,电气工程,电气工程技术,信息系统技术,软件工程,计算机科学或相关专业;
- 1年以上在医院信息科或大型公司IT部门工作经验,有解决复杂技术问题能力者优先;
- 熟悉IT领域知识,如系统(操作系统,虚拟化,数据库,安全,云),网络(架构、硬件、故障排除),集成(HL7,API等)或数据挖掘(查询、优化等)优先;
- 有一定的编程基础或从事过程序员工作者优先;
- 善于沟通交流,工作细心积极主动,具有高度的责任感和较强的学习能力,可以承担较强的工作压力及强度,能适应出差,英语听说读写流利;

The healthcare market is moving to integrated solution space, and over the next several years, the challenge to ourselves is to be able to keep our modality engine going with improved productivity, hitting our AOP, and at the same time, we shall ignite our growth engine to get ourselves to be at the forefront of the competitive market place. In this regard, we shall free up and/or reorganize part of our resources to drive in the solution and services space. This is a very important step in operationalizing Philips’ HealthTech Strategy which will stay with us for a long time.
Deliver professional service to customers including pre-selling support, project Implementation, and 2nd line post service in organization. This position is very important to ensure project delivery and technical support, and is playing a very important role in the growth of customer service business .
Key responsibilities:
- Serves as the technical resource for implementing solutions that require analysis of situations or data, and an in-depth knowledge of the solution.
- Prepares site assessments.
- Provides technical review of system configurations to ensure viability of system performance.
- Prepares as-built drawings to document work completed during project or particular job.
- Resolves complex customer issues requiring independent judgment based on strong IT knowledge and skills.
- Provides remote and on-site technical support to installed customer base.
- Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the Philips solution.
- Escalates any technical configuration that is not consistent with technical standards.
- Demonstrates skills of an IT professional with an in-depth understanding of the Philips' Product(s), IT industry practices and company policies and procedures.
- Delivers customer projects that require analysis of situations and full understanding of the solution being implemented.
- Exercises independent judgment to adapt to typical variances in the customer environment for obtaining effective results.
- Properly completes assigned project activities with responsibility for results within project work estimates and defined delivery methods
- Works in conjunction with internal project managers, clinical application consultants, field service engineers, senior Technical Consultants, third-party entities, and customer technical lead.
- Provides regular status of installation activities to project manager, other team members, and functional manager.
- Collaborates with Philips Solution Architects to assist in the solution selling process.
Major Challenges:
- Work professionally and effectively to deliver healthcare IT technical support and service.
- Communicate and work with CS sales team pursue business opportunity.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability and Multi-tasks management.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
Key competences / experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred; or two years formal education combined with appropriate high tech-related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or advanced certifications in specific areas of expertise such as:
o Systems (Operating System, Virtualization, Database, Security, Cloud)
o Networks (Hardwired devices, Wireless, VPN, Hardware (e.g., routers, switches, etc.), Assessment and troubleshooting).
o Integration (HL7, API, Device data transfer HL7 certification is preferred.
o Data Mining (Relational database, Architecting query design based on customer requirements, Query development, Scripting and testing, Troubleshooting)
- Previous experience working in a hospital, technical or customer service environment.
- Training / experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with customer.
- Deliver required results with high levels of customer satisfaction, both internal external.
- Demonstrates punctuality and efficient work habits. Able to self-direct and to effectively manage priorities.
- Strong organizational, time management and planning skills in order to be successful in a role performing a wide variety of tasks associated with varying customer needs, and an ability to change focus quickly as demands change.
