The Honeywell Staffing Manager will enable and drive the recruitment delivery strategies needed to meet the Honeywell business objectives. The role will partner with business to drive strategic staffing processes by identifying critical staffing priorities/needs and optimizing delivery using a variety of Honeywell, Vendor and Vendor Partner channels.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
1. Stay close to the business functional leaders to properly scope the resource requirements - short term and long term;
2. Identify the long term pipeline candidate source strategy specific for business future competency needs, including working with business leadership on university partnerships;
3. Manage the overall Co-sourcing vendor performance and supervise and coach Co-sourcing vendor resources to make sure staffing metrics are met at all times - TTF, HM/candidate SAT, Cost Per Hire, Quality of Hire.
4. Ensure the whole staffing process is in compliance to Honeywell Staffing model/process
5. Escalate and highlight any area of concern or shortfall to China Staffing and Global Staffing COE system, process or resources
6. Building close working relationships with the HR Leaders of business and their teams
7. Providing the Business with critical staffing metrics and management information in order to make data driven decisions, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
8. Have a clear UR strategy and plan in place, manage university relationship with Honeywell’s strategic partnering schools to build talent pipeline per business needs and foster employer branding
In addition you will be expected to:
1. Providing full life cycle recruiting for mid and senior level positions
2. Assisting with the staffing of some critical internal roles
3. Providing leadership and support to managers and HR staff engaged in staffing
4. Providing Staffing subject matter expertise as and when required to support business critical recruitment projects
5. Provide support as needed for Global COE Staffing Improvement projects
Experience Required:
Educational background:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field
Essential:
- Delivering recruitment solutions within a complex large blue-chip organization/s
- Collating Management Information and Staffing Metrics
- Producing clear staffing plans aligned to business plans
- Identifying and driving staffing improvement projects
- Supplier management (performance, identification, negotiation, contracts) and supplier reviews
- Some project management experience
- Using multiple recruitment channels with ability to clearly articulate strengths and weaknesses of each
- Using recruitment data to identify and implement positive change
- Virtual Team work
Beneficial:
- University relationship management experience
- Experience of Taleo Applicant Tracking tool
- Appreciation of China employment legislation complexity
