EHS Supervisor（欧洲医疗行业独资公司，负责两家工厂，良好的晋升前景和薪资福利待遇）

工作地点：苏州园区

Job Summary and Area of Responsibility

Be responsible for EHS issues and CI (continue improvement) in Suzhou plant, compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain and supervise EHS operation normally, follow up the corrective and improvement actions in Suzhou plant.

Major Duties and Performance Standards to be achieved:

- Arrange regular training concerning security, safety, and fire prevention for all staff so as to ensure the compliance with national rules and regulations.

- Conduct relevant EHS training for vendors and new e in order to follow safety requirement and avoid accident happened.

- Develop and supervise safety procedure for all significant safety impact working position, supervise operation of operator to meet the safety SOP requirement.

- Carry out the daily safety management of dangerous chemicals and hazardous waste; improve their safety storage and usage.

- Responsible for communication with local government, implement EHS policies, procedures and standards of and local government, follow up the implementation of all safety measures, especially the emergency action plans.

- Undertake on-site environmental safety and health audits, specific investigation, and make analytical reports.

- Maintains all EHSI related files and records.

Performance Standard：

- 100% compliance with national laws and regulations and requirement.

- SOP 100% complying with actual status.

- No EHS critical defects found during internal and external audit.

- Personal injury and accident in CHIEF plant

Education Required:

University bachelor of safety, health, environment or mechanical /electrical engineering education background.

Experience/Knowledge Required:

At least 3 years related working experience; English/Chinese.

Special Skills/Abilities Required

Certified Safety Engineer is preferred

Other Requirement:

English can read, write and speak fluently.
