Responsibilities:
1. Overview Reporting structures in Trade compliance, Homologation and Operations includes formulation of strategic targets, illustration of reporting content (KPI) and scope taking budget and head count capacities into account with Porsche Great China, Porsche Germany and external partners(e.g. dealers).
2. Execute Reporting structures/duties in Trade compliance, Regions, Homologation and Operations includes taking full responsibility of the reports in terms of timing and content.
3. Conceptual project preparation includes formulation of strategic targets, illustration of project content and scope taking budget and head count capacities into account as well as development of business case in line with department head demonstrating the cost-benefit ratio.
4. Prepare documents for target reviews and target agreements; coordination of VP Sales departments and Regional Directors; add annotations to the target achievement evaluations of all first line management; correction and completion of target agreements; securing consideration of Porsche Great China strategy in the target agreements.
5. Prepare VP Sales part of board meeting documents. Prepare and post-processing of VP Sales team management meetings / conferences; suggestions for the agenda; demand,comment and assess required documents.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree, major in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering and management related
2. Above 5 years overall working experience, knowledge in project management, process management, well versed in Porsche organization is a plus
3. Proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, stress resistant and diligent
4. Familiar with MS Office
5. Fluent in both oral and written English & Chinese & German
