职位描述：

工作地点：上海市浦东新区龙东大道3000号张江集电港9号楼

Main Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing, development and Purchasing function under the guidance of Purchasing Manager for New Product development and New product transfer in interaction with all related departments and organizations like LOB, R & D, Engineering and NPD Manufacturing with key KPI as timely launch with target achievement of MLO

2. Cost analysis for the quotes received, negotiate and propose to management for price finalization

3. Development of Commodity Strategy plan for XMF Organization meeting expectations of local supply chain requirements in line with Corporate Purchasing and IT Global Purchasing guidelines

4. Ensures to get expected Quality, Service, Technology & Price is obtained for the material/ services ordered

5. Self review, monitor and take corrective actions for the individual KPI set by the management on monthly basis

6. Represent inter departmental or inter organizational meetings and deliver the output as expected

Basic Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, electro-mechanical, or related), 5+ years with similar working experience for Mechanical/Electric commodities

2. Good commodity Knowledge and Cost analysis of component parts, good coordination with suppliers and other departments with good communication skills

3. Team player to mix with people easily, Positive mind set and Challenging Spirit

4. Fluent English, able to travel
