职位描述：
Role & Responsibilities/岗位职责
- Arrange the production plan according to the customer’s requirement
  根据客户订单安排生产计划，满足客户的订单需求
- Review the customer requests, initial the new product production
  做好订单的评审、发起新产品生产
- Handle the pre-material preparation, process availability, quality status and coordinate the production schedule based on the preparations
  管理各环节的进度包括物料供应、工艺组织布置、品质状况跟踪落实，依据生产计划的完成情况、采购物资供应情况，合理调整生产计划达成出货要求
 - Monitor the capacities. Associate the process engineer to adjust capacity allocation. Pursue the high capacity utilization, low resources consumption and low total production cost
   管理产能计划，并监控产能，并协同工艺工程师调整部分生产过程，有效利用产能，节约各项资源，降低制造成本
- Trace the WIP materials, and monitor the WIP stock. Monitor the production order variance, pushing on the production improvement
   负责跟踪WIP物料的流转，库存分析并分析工单差异，协助改进生产效率
- Support the key projects, altering the production plans. Monitor the potential risks and early warnings
   及时调整生产计划，保证重大项目的供货，对于可能出现的问题及时反馈
- Measure the planning process with the key performance indexes: On time delivery, material yield, capacity utilizations and so on.
   管理计划过程，分析并改进准时交货率、材料利用率、设备综合效率等关键绩效

Quality & Background/岗位要求
- Bachelor degree with major in Engineering
   本科学历，工科类专业
- 2~3 years' work experience on planning, logistics, production or process engineering
   两至三年的物料管理、生产计划、生产管理或工程工艺的工作经验
- Experience on ERP system and SAP knowledge is a plus
   有ERP软件的使用经验、SAP尤佳
- Good command of English
   具备较好的英语能力
