To drive promoter and ROS training on product and skills for both online and offline to support business growth.
?Design overall training framework and yearly training plan
?Develop/update policies and procedures on promoter training
?Develop training material & tools for both product and skills
?Supervise and evaluate the execution and effectiveness
?Coach the RO/BO trainers on training skill and assist to develop a highly qualified training team

You are responsible for
?Designing overall training framework and yearly training plan
?Developing policies and procedures on promoter training
?Developing training material & tools for both product and skills
?Supervising and evaluating the execution and effectiveness
?Coaching the trainers on training skill and assist to develop a highly qualified training team

You are a part of

The Retail management team and responsible for all the small domestics appliance products. You will collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, brand marketing, Sales, etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

?A Bachelor’s degree;
?Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in retail training in consumer durable /Domestic appliance/FMCG industry;
?Ability to develop the courses dependently;
?Evidence of strong project management skills
?Good in written/spoken English and Mandarin;
