岗位职责：
Full responsibilities of Taicang plant accounting and financial work include leading and supervising daily accountting, closing, reporting, forecast and planning, covering also on financial process , SOX and control, investments, and partnering plant GM for plant performance measurements and improvements.
职位要求：
1.Ability to manage multiple critical projects in a fast paced environment
2.Ability to work well in a matrix and cross-functionally environment
3.Ability to development of strategic plans, process improvement initiatives
4.Strong relationship mgt and negotiation skills
5.Very proficient in Excel, strong working knowledge of other Office programs (Powerpoint, Word, Access)
6.Experence in managing people is a must
7.Experence in manufacturing companies with costing function is a must
8.Experence in planning, forecasting, budget development is a must
9.Experence with US GAAP and deferred tax and SOX is preferred
10.Experence with ERP system implementation is a plus
