Responsibility Level:


Under general direction of commercial and distribution strategy, and in close collaboration with sales team, channel team, trade team and corporate related functions


- to develop, manage and track regional WD (Wholesale Distributor) distribution network expansion and optimization strategy

- to develop, manage and track regional, provincial and city level business yearly plan

- to manage WD yearly assessment process and customer yearly plan and monthly activity

- to analyze, develop and roll out successful distribution business model and retail winning solutions to support network development on city level

- to support local distribution and marketing activities planning and implementation


Typical Duties:

· Work with Distribution Planning and Analysis team to set up city level distribution data pool and retail network information center

· Work with sales team to develop regional/provincial/city level business and distribution strategy and provide timely review and resource support to regional sales team to grow business


· Develop regional WD network expansion and optimization plan and execution timeline, work with sales team to track and monitor the market and network status, focus on both WD quantity and quality

· Provide professional knowledge, guidance, suggestion and on-time feedback to sales team on WD recruitment and development accordingly to the network plan

· Help sales team build up the regional WD candidates pipeline

· Manage the new WD open application and evaluation, account set up and due diligence process

· Manage the WD close application and evaluation process


· Use “WD Model and Grade System” tool to run the WD assessment process with sales team’s involvement on yearly base, and develop the report.

· Support local sales team develop WD yearly account strategy and monthly activity plan, WD capability development plan based on the WD assessment result

· Support local sales team track WD monthly performance and behavior by leveraging tools, scorecard and continual monitor

· Provide on-site support to better understand and execute programs, activities and other activities arranged by central functions like trade marketing, channel development and product.


Requirements:

· Good business and commercial sense

· Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business management or relevant majors

· Experience in automotive industry, especially After Market area is a plus.

· Result driven

· Good team work spirit and cross functional cooperation

· Strategic thinking

· Good communication and presentation skill.


Working Conditions:

· Position is mainly located in a regional office environment.

· Frequent travelling and flexible working hours is required.
