Job Title: Service Process Team Leader
Report to: Service Operation Manager

Mission
To develop and manage an efficient service process, so as to achieve customer satisfaction by providing high quality and most lean service support on business.

Major responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Be responsible for continuously improvement and standardize internal workshop and onsite Tool Management Center process on quality and efficiency.
? Be responsible for continuously improvement and standardize field service process on quality and efficiency.
? Performance management and competence development of subordinators.
? Be responsible and statistics regular workshop report.
? Support workshop and field safety, health and environmental rules.
? Be responsibility for ISO audit and certification for service operation.
? Be responsibility for CRM system for workshop and field service.
? Keep in secret all technical, technological or organizational information.

Candidate profile
Education
? Bachelor degree in engineering
Experience
? 3+ years’ experience in aftermarket service of high end industrial product prefer in power tools and automotive industry or 3+ years’ experience in workshop or plant tool service
Knowledge
? Extensive knowledge of manufactory industry, production methods and industry trends;
Skill
? Technical problem solving skill;
? Good PC skills (excel, word, PowerPoint)
? Good communication and interpersonal skill;
Language
? Basic English both in oral and written
