职位描述：
Major Responsibilities and Task Statements:
Essential Functions:
1. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the assigned client team members including but not limited to:
a. Ensure appropriate resource allocation to successfully implement and execute project plans to achieve agreed upon service levels
b. Manage the workload balance within their team and participate in resource management across all global teams
c. Ensure the seamless integration of the project management team services
d. Ensure the consistent implementation, use and review of SOPs
e. Coordinate and monitor progress to ensure achievement of project management goals.
f. Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics and take corrective action when appropriate.



Required:
? Four (4) years of successful Project Management experience or equivalent industry experience
? Demonstrated strong customer service skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills
? Strong planning, organizational, and problem solving sills
? Demonstrated strong understanding of drug development process (e.g. clinical trials and CAP accreditation). Central Laboratory expertise, biomarker development and/or project management discipline
? Demonstrated presentation skills, negotiation, and time management skills
? Demonstrated coaching/mentoring and people development capability
? Demonstrated a high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively across cultures and with remote supervision
? Fluent in English, Chinese is a good asset for its respective region
