职位描述Key Responsibilities
After Sales Customer Service Policy and Standard
- Propose CS policy and SOP
- Deliver CS training to boutique staff, ensure the implementation to enhance the customer experience.
- Regular review and analysis on concierge CS topic
- Coaching boutique to do weekly CS stock take to in line with compliance standard.
- Review the SOP timely to upgrade boutique’s work efficiency and client satisfaction.

Coordination with Richemont CS Platform
- Monthly boutique repair report consolidation and analysis, to find the areas for improvement
- Review monthly KPI with local CS platform and work on the action plan with local CS platform to improve KPI
- Liaise with CS platform to drive the improvement on lead-time, pricing consistency etc
- Working with CS platform to track the status of customer complaints
- Handle special customer complaints if needed

Coordination with Regional CS Team
- Monthly meeting with regional CS team
- Report urgent case to regional team timely
- Liaise with Regional CS team, for the oversea purchased products when CS requested locally in China. Obtain the confirmation on products identity.

任职要求Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2- 3 years’ Customer Service related Experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English
