Overall EHS compliance responsibility of facilities service delivery for account.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
The EHS Coordinator must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
与其他同事协作,确保项目EHS管理达到管理合同要求
Ensure all facilities EHS compliance with all governmental regulations (special equipment, M&E system, wastewater, fire system, etc.)
确保设施EHS管理符合国家标准
Follow JLL EHS programs and establish engineering & operational procedures and roll out for site staff
跟进JLL各项EHS管理任务,协助建立EHS管理流程并向项目其他同事推广
Provide EHS training for all JLL teams including subcontractor workers
向项目同时和分包商工作人员提供EHS培训
Report incident timely and follow up the related actions till the actions are all completed.
及时报告突发事件,并遵循相关流程处理完毕
Promote and develop a positive HSE culture at all levels throughout the accounts.
建立并推广EHS管理文化
Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities.
主导实施能源管理项目,节省成本
Managing all contract vendors via carry out EHS audits and inspections.
管理供应商,主导对供应商的EHS审核
Support all EHS requirement from client side and JLL side(CEM & OPS AIDE audit).
协助总部和客户的EHS管理工作
Analyze and track audits – make regular reports to the account facilities manager and EOS manager
分析并追踪审核,向项目经理和EOS经理提供项目定期EHS报告
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
任职要求
Better to holds the license of China Certificated Safety Engineer
持有注册安全工程师证件优先
A university degree or professional qualification in safety, engineering or facility management
本科学历,安全、工程及物业管理专业优先
Over 4 years practical experience in EHS, facilities operation, preferably in a factory
4年及以上EHS管理或物业管理经验,有大型工厂EHS管理经验优先
Strong communication skills
沟通能力强
Be good in English and Mandarin Chinese
