Mission:
- Propose and develop the strategies of assigned product line(s) in order to achieve the sales and margin objectives in Responsible product(s) according to our strategic plans.
Dimensions:
- Propose and develop the strategies
- Together with Marketing team to achieve goals.
Contacts:
- Internal: Marketing Director,Sr. Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant, other relevant function staffs.
- External: Distributors and Professors in Diagnostics field etc.
Tasks:
1. Ensure successful product launches in responsible product(s)
2. Define the Targets and develop, based on the corporate tools, adequate launch packages.
3. Continuous market research and competition analysis on the foreseen and planned activities and delivering corresponding feedback to Sales/MKT, define and replace the strategy according to survey and marketing analysis data.
4. Reports processes to the respective departments and handles the data update together with business line.
5. Formalize the respective Marketing and business plans, supports Marketing and Sales Meetings.
6. Working with our sales colleagues to update the tools, marketing policy and sales target using our existing data.
7. Ensure the direct connection with corporate
8. Develop opinion leaders
9. Ensure together with RA/QS and according to ISO rules the withdrawals of products and the complaint handling.
10. Other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
Techniques:
1. University degree, preferred in Medical or natural sciences, at least 5 years adequate job experience and knowledge of sales and competition in the market, medical diagnostic experience is preferred.
2. The abillty to use different communication methods both remotely and face to face
3. Effective communication skills both written and verbal and good teamword
4. Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expert knowledge of Excel
5. Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
6. Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
7. A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
8. At least min 5 years in marketing, familiar with healthcare industry
9. Good planning and organization skills
10. Negotiation skills
