职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、收集目标行业的客户信息，分析研究客户的要求，为客户提供有价值的服务；
2、根据客户招聘需求进行职位分析，通过各种渠道搜寻、甄别、挑选合适的候选人；
3、独立完成与候选人进行沟通，并获得候选人的简历资料；安排好面试，跟进面试的进程和反馈；
4、对人才信息资源进行跟踪管理和维护。

任职要求：
1、本科学历，人力资源相关专业优先；
2、沟通表达能力和快速学习能力突出，思维清晰敏捷，应变能力强；
3、勤奋热情、认真负责，注重细节和效率；
4、有意向了解或在人力资源领域长期发展；
5、有良好的团队合作精神和服务意识，极强的抗压能力；
