团队建设
Support the working of head of legal, lead and help team member to grow, assistant to construct legal team.
支持法务负责人的工作，领导并帮助团队成员成长，协助建设法律团队
Give strong legal support to internal departments and control legal risk in business operation.
给予内部各部门法律支持，控制公司运营过程中的法律风险

Legal Issue：
法律事务
1. To prepare for legal documents/opinions for various projects and draft and review various contracts, providing legal comments in the business operation to supervisor;
为各个项目提供法律文件，审阅和起草各类型合同，提供运营过程中的法律意见；
2. Responsible for timely feedback law litigation status, transaction processing and legal risk;
负责诉讼事务的处理，及时反馈法律风险；
3. Involved in making the business process the system relating to legal issue and control legal risks;
参与制定公司法务业务流程和控制法律风险；
4. Participate in business negotiations, and the publicity activities of legal affairs;
参与商务谈判以及公司对外宣传活动中的法律事务；
5. Coordinate related collaboration between other departments and legal affairs and conduct legal training.
协调其他部门与法务部之间相关事务；进行法律培训；
6. Manage and supervise the licenses & the Seal.
管理并监督证照和公章事务；
7. Complete other legal affairs.
完成其他法律事务。

Essential:
Bachelor degree above in Law from a PRC university.
法学专业本科或研究生学历。
At least three years' relevant working experience in dealing with legal affairs in company or law firm.
三年以上律师事务所或公司内部法务工作经验；
Good knowledge on Chinese Law, Regulations and business practices.
熟悉中国的法律、法规，并具备良好的商业实践经验。

Essential:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
具备良好的沟通能力，善于处理人际关系
Quick starter, spirit of team work, ability to adapt, dedicated, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
执行能力强，具备团队精神，适应能力强，良好的敬业精神，具备抗压能力。
Native in Chinese and fluent in both oral and written English.
具备熟练的英语书写及沟通能力
Good command of Word, Excel, Office, PPT etc.
熟练应用个各种办公软件
Lawyer certificate is preferred.
