General
Responsible for shopping centre system and equipment maintenance management and operation except HVAC 、ELE、ELV、 firefighting system and fit-out, ensure system and equipment operation and maintenance according to standard operating procedures.
负责购物中心除暖通、强电、弱电、消防、精装以外的其它的系统和设备正常运行和维护管理，确保系统和设备根据运行和维护标准操作执行。
Specific 工作范围
- Understand and implement system and equipment operation and maintenance of standard operation procedures, risk manual and regulatory requirements.
理解并执行系统和设备运行和维护的标准操作程序，以及风险手册和运行法规等要求。
- Work on site, address and solve quality and safety issues. Responsibility for quality and safety record and reported timely.
深入现场，解决质量和安全隐患，负责安全质量发现问题及时上报协调解决。
- Responsibility for the maintenance work of the mechanical system and equipment maintenance.maintenance and repair plan, fill in different kind of maintenance records.
负责系统的维保工作，完成设备的维修计划，填写各类维修记录。
- Timely reporting to shopping centre Facility management level regarding technical and operational issues.

- Support and participation in the work of comprehensive engineer within the scope of group activities.

- According shopping centre needs, provide comprehensive supports, more works focus on mechanical discipline.

Qualifications任职资质
- Degree of high school or secondary education. Degree of college was preferred. Three years relevant work experience is required.

- Related certificate is required. Such as electrical permits, etc.
持有相关技能证书，如电工证等
- Good plan and team cooperation, organization and implement ability.
