Role purpose目的


? To support and satisfy the sales/Mkg demands finally for strategic business growth through optimizing the resource utilization and overall cost efficiency

Accountabilities职责


? Work out KS plant (including 3rd party toller) short term and long term Master Production Scheduling which covers a time horizon of 3 months ~ 24 months to ensure sales demand fulfillment, implementation considering the balance of the main planning factors: sales/mkg requirement, factory capability/capacity/efficiency/agility, inventory control, overall supply chain efficiency & cost,etc.

? Establish AI/bulk strategy demand planning and make sure the implementation of the plan effectively to support MPS, Meanwhile keep close communication with region and global supply chain planning team to slove any supply issues.

? Work closely with site production team and understand production process, thus to improve production plan to meet higher production effectiveness.

? Close integration with marketing to ensure demand requirements are balanced effectively against supply chain constraints, supported by the S&OP process.

? Coordinating cross functions, build up and consolidate the good cooperation relationship with related functions to optimize the process and enhance visibility for efficiency, cost deduction, flexibility, quick response.

? Managing site subcontract/tolling plan to secure sales through well coordinating and utilizing cross functional resources.

? GSAP/APO master data accountable: coordinate with finance and QC and on line production managers to obtain reasonable data to maintain BOM, routing, production version, etc, in system, ensure all data available in system at good time.

? A well - managed new product introduction process to ensure the new product could be launched to marketing timely.

? Supply Frameworks & Inventory Management (including FCV control for both finish product and bulk, reworking process implementation effectively)

? Implement ABC & Categorization where appropriate

? PROCESSES - Standardize operation procedure

? Proactive resolution of issues/recommendation of options.(urgent sales call, shipment delay, allocation, etc)

? Build up, develop and motivate professional site planning team to support the growth of business
