职位描述：
Purpose：To develop and expand existing and new accounts to achieve sales target and profits; make significant contribution to set up good image of Fuji Xerox products.
Job Roles：
1）Build up long-term relationship with middle- to high-level mgmt staff within our clients;
2）Identify and develop new opportunities for Fuji Xerox Global service offerings;
3）Maximize Fuji Xerox’s document share at existing accounts by using Fuji Xerox service offerings to improve clients’ working effectiveness and efficiency continually;
4）Be responsible for generating total billing revenue for clients and focus on service annuity growth;
5）Work closely with other sales and service teams and develop appropriate account strategies;
6）Work closely with Account Managers and resolve customer problems timely;
7）Meet customer requirements and improve customer satisfaction rate;
8）Fully understand the importance of Sales Quality Improvement and sales handbook;
9）Insure all direct sales behavior 100% follow company direction, discipline and process;
10) Work as the owner of account receivable collection.
Job Requirements:
1）University graduate or above, MBA is preferred
2）3 years experience in Selling outsourcing or global service in the technical services industry
3）Account Management skill to lead a countrywide case.
4）Knowledge of Outsourcing Service Product.
5）Advanced solution selling & presentation skill
6）Good command on English
7）Good working knowledge of company policies, regulations, and procedures.
8）Able to function effectively in a challenging, fast-paced, goal oriented environment
9）Advanced skills in conflict resolution and interpersonal communication
