职位描述:
1. Set up training system, complete training procedure and document alien with global policy;
2. Collect and analyze training needs from each department and make annual training plans to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the company;
3. Design and develop training courses, arrange the company's training activities in accordance with the organization’s training plan to enhance the performance of individual employees, ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, within established budget, and in accordance with the company's policies and standards;
4. Ensure all training activities and materials meeting company training policies
5. Develop and update instructional document and training material
6. Evaluate training results and adjust and follow-up in time. Anticipate potential problems by monitoring training flow and employee performance
7. Track and control training cost; track and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of training
8. Ensure that all employees have an effective orientation in Mapfre.
9. Ensure that all employees have the opportunity to develop the skills required to do their job by advocating the importance of training.
10. Communicate overall training and development strategy on a regular and consistent basis.
Talent Assessment and Development:
1. Implement RCA Employees Development Performance Appraisal Training and evaluation per global timeline and guideline; coordinate and ensure performance management process are fully implemented.
2. Provide consulting advice/support for line managers to deliver high quality development review and feedback discussions with their subordinates and establish people development culture
3. Work with and manage external vendors to ensure quality delivery
4. Define internal talent needs and establish assessment practices, processes, and policies accordingly
5. In charge of global E-campus.
6. Organize local employees’ activities with local team and keep good employees relationship.
7 .Responsible for company activities organization and arrangement such as employee care program.
8. Achieve other tasks delegated by supervisor;
任职要求
1. BS or BA Degree required, at Least 4 years related experience in multinational companies, industry experience preferred
2. Ability to work in a team and facilitate teamwork
3. Possess high energy and a dynamic personality
4. Possess a high level of integrity and ethics
5. Strong communication skills (one-on-one, writing skills, presentation skills)
6. High stress tolerance and be open-minded
7. Must be organized and possess strong time and project management skills
8. Have a high sense of urgency, results oriented
9. Good writing and oral English
10. Good command of Microsoft Office software, such as Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
