职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 开拓、实施各区域美妆品的市场发展计划，增强公司在区域市场的影响力；
2、 根据公司业务需求拓展区域内美妆品用品各级经分销商，建立渠道销售流程和运作规范；
3、 根据公司目标完成销售任务，贯彻执行公司的销售策略；
4、 负责所辖区域年度销售费用计划的制定及控制，年度铺货及陈列计划的制定、控管；
5、 负责所辖区域内终端人员的培训及辅导培训，领导和激励销售团队；
任职要求：
1、 性别不限，25-38岁；
2、 诚实可靠及富有团队合作精神；
3、 熟悉区域内相关市场、经销商和销售渠道，有实际操作经验者优先；
4、 具备一定的销售谈判技巧及人际沟通能力；
5、 具有独立工作和处理问题的能力；
6、 愿意接受出差；
