职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

? Collect, analysis and look for the countermeasure for the new released regulation. Maintain the regulatory communication platform.
? Support the regulatory databases maintenance, update the databases timely; coordinate to solve the problems related the using of the databases
? Provide the Surveillance regulatory support to cross-functional team within and outside China.
? Coordinate adverse event, recall and product corrective action reporting activities to CFDA.
? Work with individual divisions to provide necessary support to dealers and customers for Surveillance regulatory compliance
? Coordinate handling the issues related to registration document within cross-functional team and provincial FDA.
? Provide RA dept. data for Kaizen.

? External contacts for this position include CFDAofficials, dealers and users/customers
? Internal contacts include headquarter, marketing team, logistic team, application and sales/service team

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
? Bachelor degree or above
? Good English and Chinese language skills

WORKING EXPERIENCE:
? This position requires: More than one year of relative working experience in Medical Devices industry.


FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
? Have knowledge in CDR, CFDA regulation of medical devices and/or IVD in post-marketing surveillance and labeling
? Excellent team work and interpersonal communication skill
? Good attitude, well habit of work, positive & take responsibility
? Willing to focus on detailed routine work

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position may require business traveling in a fewness situation.
