职位描述：
招聘企业：嘉民管理咨询（上海）有限公司
岗位职责：
1.Assist Project Managers in the preparation of feasibility studies and approval papers;
2.Provide project and contract administration, understand whole processes;
3.Learn from Project Managers how to manage daily construction activities on site during construction stage;
4.Coordinate with project managers to provide support documents if requested by other departments;
5.Draft design drawings in ACAD;
6.Keep record for each development contract/payment application and follow up the status.
任职要求：
1.Fresh graduate,High proficiency in both written and spoken English;
2.Strong computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, basic financial modelling skills or experience would be a plus;
3.Smart and down to earth;
4.Initiative and problem solving;
5.Interpersonal and respect for others;
