Position Title : Supply Planning Manager
Department : Supply Chain
Duties and Responsibilities:
？ Drive and optimize store supply management to support the Sephora stores and E-Business sales with smoothly logistics operations and efficiency cost.
？ Define ABC inventory strategy in stores. Define the reasonable safety stock for store by ABC and store type.
？ Define store supply to achieve the target presence rate with limitation of delivery frequency, store classification, SKU classification and stock situation.
？ Lead store supply team to monitor store replenishment in SAP weekly. To monitor seasonality item and provide forecasting solution for stock preparation.
？ Lead store supply team to monitor abnormal sales such as discount, corporate sales, animation, and seasonality. Adjust the MAXI weekly to improve the store supply accuracy.
？ Organize animation, newness launch, event and big sales delivery on time to ensure the sales achievement.
？ Build smooth communication channel between demand forecasting team and store supply team. Help demand forecasting team to optimize the demand forecasting through information sharing
？ Coordinate with operation team and maintain a healthy relationship. Maintain clear and effective communications links with key customers to enable stock to be fine-tuned to meet Customer expectations
？ Build quick communicate and response way with 3PL to follow delivery to stores. And to meet urgent requirement.
？ Organizes and provides monthly reports of OOS to find reason in stores.
？ Organize return to clean stock and balance stock in stores.
？ Collection feedback from stores and operation team on significant abnormalities, discontinuations, etc. to build into the overall supply plan.
？ Lead team to develop processes and procedures across the function and project of IT infrastructure innovation for store supply.
？ Manage healthy stock structure and stock coverage in store. Reduce stock depreciation with return to warehouse.
Qualifications:
？ Over 7 years work experience, bachelor or above, master is prefer
？ Retail background is a plus, and customer focus
？ Ability to quickly respond to changing by reallocating and/or managing resources accordingly.
？ Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice
？ Strong supply chain management sense and knowledge is must
？ Project management experience
？ Strong attention to details
？ SAP experience, forecasting tool is prefer
？ Good excel skills is a must.
？ Strong oral and written communication skills both English and Chinese
？ Self-motivated, logical, able to take initiatives and endure heavy job pressure.
