销售产品: 进口空气净化器
上班时间: 周一至周五,周六日休息
考勤: 不打卡,自由考勤
薪酬: 3500-4000的底薪+1500绩效+超高提成,有定期增长底薪的机制
福利: 法定年假,免费健身卡,节假日礼物
保险: 五险一金全额缴纳(试用期也有)

岗位职责
1. Present and sell Villa lifestyle products to current and potential clients.
向现有及潜在客户群体销售 Villa lifestyie 相关产品 (空气净化器等产品)
2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
寻找目标客户,列出联系清单,并制定具体的销售方案。
3.Follow up on new leads and referrals.
跟踪潜在的或对产品感兴趣的客户。
4.Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
分析销售预期,并联系这些潜在客户。
5.Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
完成产品陈述、销售方案及销售合同。
6.Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
拓展并维护现有销售渠道及产品知识。
7.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
建立并维护当前及潜在客户的客户关系。
8.Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
为现有客户提供高质量的跟踪服务。
9.Identify and resolve client concerns.
解决客户提出的问题。
10.Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
完成各类销售报告,包括活动、销售完成、跟进、目标完成情况等。
11.Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
与公司相关人员交流销售区域的市场活动,获得新产品和服务的潜在机遇,特定项目的进展情况,信息或反馈等。
12.Follow-up for collection or payment.
跟进回款及支付情况。
13.Participate in marketing events.
参与研讨会、贸易展览等市场推广活动。
14.Communicate accurate data collected and provide complete information to Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) & ERP.
准确的采集客户数据及完整的信息,并提交到客户关系管理系统。
