职位描述：
Responsibility
? Manage public relations.
? Support to evaluate and implement sales promotion programs.
? Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception of company.
? Prepare and publish newsletters and other company literature.
? Create motivational videos.
? Release promotion literature about new products.
? Draft speeches with senior management.
? Respond to information queries from media and the public.
? Identify audience for product or service.
? Write press releases and media kits.
? Develop and maintain corporate image and logos.
? Manage company sponsorships.
? Maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials and media representatives.
? Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programs.
? Manage an organization's reputation with the public in general and clients.
? Compile comprehensive information about the company for the media.
? Manage media budgets.

Desired Skills and Experience
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
? Proven communications experience in the pharma/medical or genomics industry, either directly as part of the business or through a PR agency.
? Up-to-date knowledge of corporate and internal communications, social media tools and tactics.
? Proven track record designing and executing successful PR campaigns at international and multi-market level.
? Previous experience working in an international environment with multinational and multicultural demographics.
? Event organizing experience.
? Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
