KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
Job Description:
? Leads all aspects of IT system operation which includes but not limited to Server, end user device , data voice networking , security and SOP execution for the enterprise’s global operation

? Works with senior management and IT personnel including ITBP / Service Director and architects to ensure business alignment

? Defines architectural guidelines and implements service monitoring across all platforms to ensure high availability and disaster recovery capability of critical systems
定义体系结构指南并在所有平台上实现服务监控,以确保关键系统的高可用性和灾难恢复能力
? Directs a large number of complex IT system continuously improvement initiatives across multiple locations
指导大量复杂IT系统在多个位置不断改进计划
? Sponsorship to the IT service and operation projects and work closely with PMO to governance the IT service projects, accountable for the project success
对IT服务和运营项目的支持以及与PMO紧密合作的IT服务项目,对项目的成功负责
? Negotiates and drives approval process for statements of work and vendor contracts/renewals, including business case ROI determination for all IT service related activities

? Directs teams leading vendor management and issue resolution support, including I and II level support for help desks
指导团队领导供应商管理和发布解决方案支持,包括I和II级支持helpdesk
? Technically has expertise to understand the architecture team deliverables and translate to IT service management criteria
技术上有专门的技术来理解架构团队的可交付成果并将其转化为IT服务管理标准
? Understand ITIL service operation best practice and strong execution ability to push the execution
理解ITIL服务操作的***实践和强大的执行能力来推动执行
? Six Sigma continuously improvement mindset and practical experience to drive service excellence

REQUIREMENTS:
1. 5+ years’ Experiences in IT technical and service territory; or relevant
2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
3. Deal with situations of pressure, and show flexibility towards peak workloads or urgent assignment
4. Demonstrated experience to cooperate with business and lead Business IT project
5. Show initiative, proactive, responsible and self-managed in relation to tasks
