职位描述：
Responsibilities
？ Fully support department’s responsibilities on identifying opportunities and threats resulting out of scientific developments for Company’s businesses
？ Monitor relevant developments in science and technology in China region and make Company aware of them
？ Promote image of Company being an innovation driven company, represent Company in respective events
？ Support to strategic development of R&D in China
？ Conduct business analysis based on the requirement from Company’s Business Units
？ Support Corporate and Business Units in finding and establishing collaborations with scientific institutes in Greater China region
？ Build and maintain good relationship with relevant university groups, represent Company in respective meetings
？ Collect and analyze data regarding scientific trends in relevant fields to identify threats and opportunities for Company
？ Conduct business analysis based on the requirements from Business Units
？ Take necessary decisions to run those projects successfully including allocation of resources and cooperation / collaboration with other R&D departments
？ Report and present results with high quality

Requirements
？ Master degree or above, preferred chemical, pharmaceutical or relevant majors.
？ Good communication and interpersonal skills, good presentation skills.
？ Good chemical and related background, be able to discuss with Professors at Universities about their subjects in the chemical areas.
？ Solid knowledge of University landscape within Greater China
？ Solid background in information gathering and interpretation of acquired data
？ Ability to collect and analyze a large amount of data and identify the keys trends with analytical arguments
？ Good problem solving skills, strong innovative thinking
？ Solid background in IT programs like Microsoft applications, SAP etc.
？ Fluent in English and Chinese. German language skills will be appreciated 举报 分享
