职位描述：
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
Service engineer work related to field service –repair, commissioning, maintenance and training of robot
and application system.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Repair, commissioning, maintenance and training of robot and application system.
- Installation support on site
- Implement troubleshooting on site
- Implement robot and application system maintenance
- Commissioning and programming
- Communication with customer and handle technology issue
- Good following up service case to end and close it.
- Maintain good relationships with customers through quick effective feedback.

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Educational: College degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering , major robotics is
preferred.
- Experience:
-College degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years repair or maintenance experience in related industry area.
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Computer software including Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and
