Working as a part of a dedicatedteam of engineers within the Supply Chain Department. This entails working withthe Supplier Base and across all functions of Mobike to determine the mosteffective cost solutions to fulfil the product aspirations within the definedbudget.

You’ll be responsible for:

? Deliver ‘should cost’ estimatesfor parts and OEM product which is composited by parts and processing

? Providing insight of Valuechain/stream studies

? Supporting the commodity team intheir negotiations with suppliers

? Working closely with Product andR&D as a business advisor

? Identifying and supporting theimplementation of opportunities to reduce costs

? Influencing relevant programmesand commodity directions

? Driving cross-functionalcommercial and technical initiatives.

? Negotiated Component Part CostSavings

? Supply chain Part costapplication resolutions

? Supply chain Part/Processproduction resolutions

? Aligned Cost Model forecasting

? Forward Model Programme costvariance analysis

? You would be an integral part ofCost Engineering projects and making a difference to vehicle development

任职要求:

Requirement:

1.Fimilar with one or multicommodities or processes as gear-box, shaft, structural part, PCBA, battery,wheel, rubber, casting/die-casting, stamping, mold injection, welding,plating/painting, machining etc.

2.Able to work in a dynamitic environment andmaster in communication

3.Working experience in Bicycle or Automotive wouldbe a plus but not a must

Qualification:

1. A degree in Engineering with other relevantdisciplines and able to demonstrate a good level of industrial experience,including knowledge about component technical specifications, requirements.

2. Understanding of hardware designs, and a generalknowledge of mechanical applications enabling them to identifying opportunitiesto reduce and optimise costs across the complete product life cycle.

3. Project management in large scale and quickproduct development
