Position Title: E-Category Manager
Department: E-Commerce
Duties and Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for e-Stores (Sephora.cn, Sephora APP, Tmall and Jingdong) category management to achieve annual and quarterly sales, margin, conversion and stock target;
？ In charge of assigned brands annual and quarterly category plan including promotions, range extension, new product development and content enhancement. Engage cross functional teams and TP agencies to ensure effective execution;
？ Plan online category promotion campaigns covering product selection, offers negotiation, stock planning, landing page designs, traffic diversion and post campaign analysis;
？ Responsible for official site category floor merchandising and content management to enhance user experience as well as maximizing sales, click and conversion rate;
？ Work closely with Tmall and JD operation teams to prepare special category and brand promotions according to platform requirements;
？ Work closely with digital marketing team on traffic diversion, search, product recommendations and content acquisition on cross-category/ festive promotions;
？ Work closely with supply chain team on online stock management. Prepare stock plan for key promotions. Constantly monitor product availability and PO status;
？ Support IT team on site revamp and new channels projects;
？ Work closely with exclusive brands for long term brand building in digital channels;
？ Build up the e-Category analytic model. Conduct market research to identify customer product preference and identifies the trend;
Qualifications:
？ Bachelor degree or above;
？ Over 5 years’ experience on e-Commerce or merchandising, from skincare industry preferred;
？ Good beauty market sense, sensitive to numbers and resilient;
？ Excellent negotiation/ communication/ organization skill;
？ Team management experience;
？ Good at excel and PowerPoint for business presentation;
？ Familiar with online analytic tools;
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin
