BASIC FUNCTIONS
Be responsible for developing channel strategy and marketing program for in-depth product promotion with focus in online retail and new channel. Be responsible for implementing the marketing program and achieving the sales target in online/new channel with the category objective. He/she is also to work closely with all Kohler China departments including Sales, A&P, Technical Support, Accounting, and CCSC.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop the strategy for online business, especially about how to balance the sales between online and offline.
? Drive category online/new channel sales growth and special promotion with sales team and distributor
? Develop new channel sales growth. Focus on TMALL, JD, Amazon and other E channel, align with sales and product team
? Drive new product promotion and technical support with online channel
? Develop innovative and effective marketing tools to promote products in the online channels.
? Coordinate the development of effective packaging, installation instructions, product offerings, products displays and field activities for retail promotion.
? Collect and analyze market information for product team to respond to the customer needs promptly and build the market data warehouse for future strategy development.
Internal/External Business Relationships
? Internally, work cross functional with sales, trade marketing, supply chain and finance. Externally, close contact with distributors, E channel Partner
? Contact customers to obtain market information on products sales and market trends, Includes distributors, consumers, engineers, designer and retail outlets.
? Attend trade shows, exhibits, seminars and marketing conferences.
Education and Experience Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? Marketing/Sales working experience for at least 3 years, with online retail sales experience is highly preferred
? Experience in solid retail marketing or retail sales management is preferred
? Experience in related industries would certainly be a plus
? This person should be aggressive, with strong ownership, strong influence power, convincible, creative, resourceful and commercial sense and analytical skill
? Well experienced with adequate MS office software
