职位描述：
岗位职责：
Business partner (BP) works with line manager in the assigned divisions, providing comprehensive procurement supports to realize business needs and support business objectives in an effective and sustainable way.
Early involve into the planning of requests and provide professional advice to stakeholders to influence business needs to maximize company values as a whole.
 
Execute local sourcing projects using sourcing methodologies for indirect materials & services spending, in close collaboration with the stakeholders and category owners. Achieve procurement targets which include but no limited to on time delivery, lowest total costs ownership and high quality of service/goods.
 
Conduct ad hoc survey and feedback to category owners for implementing local SRM programs.
 
Participate and support the category team to develop and manage MSA ensuring that business’s needs are reflected into MSA contracts.
 
Ensure that execution of all procurement activities are in compliance with Company Procurement Policy, Directive, Guidelines and local Procurement SOPs.
 
Analyze periodic spending from procurement perspective based on category and vendor classifications and generate reports for management.

Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus
Growth mindset
Strong communication skills and power of influence
Supplier and stakeholder management
Over 5 year related procurement experience, experience in business partnering is a plus
Innovative and willing to do something different
Solid negotiation and cost management experience
Strong analytical skill
Good computer skill (PPT, Excel, Word)
Solid presentation skills
