职位描述：
ACCOUNTABILITY
-Follow-up and analyze operation performance and take appropriate actions if needed
-Analyze operational problems and produce solutions to optimize service, assist operation team in the establishment of customer services standards
-Select and apply models, tools, and technologies to facilitate innovation process and educates teams on its application
-Support new project implementation (facility readiness, system testing, process set-up & training if necessary) and new vendor implementation
-Establish & maintain the database of existing/potential resource and vendors
-Take lead the 1st VRC vendor assessment process and contract negotiation
-Establish & maintain warehouse & transportation rate database and cost analysis
-Assist commercial team to complete RFI/RFP/RFQ, identify & solicit proper vendor candidates and related cost to meet the business need
-Collect market intelligence of warehouse & transportation service/ rate level for business development

QUALIFICATIONS
-Education: Bachelor degree or above
-Experiences:
a) 5-year working experience in warehousing and transportation related area, at least 3 years of managerial experience and vendor management experience
b) At least 2-year warehousing operation or solution experience, familiar with warehousing planning, flow management, inbound & outbound operations, inventory management etc.
c) At least 2-year domestic transportation vendor management experience, familiar with domestic transportation market & vendors, transportation solution & quotation, potential vendor searching & filtering, new vendor implementation & performance management.
-Skill Sets
a) Proven knowledge of the warehouse and transportation industry
b) Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
c) Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
d) Good skills about PC applications e.g. MS office.
e) Good skills about WMS, TMS
-Desired competencies (typical)
a) Good understanding of warehouse & transportation market.
b) Strategic thinking on service product development
c) Be good at data analysis & process design
d) Familiar with project management
e) Basic finance knowledge
-Desired competencies (nice to have)
a) Understand China customs regulation.
b) Understand warehouse/transportation laws & regulations of PRC
c) Basic shipping knowledge.

f) Warehouse & Transportation HSSE and lean management.
