For our Healthcare Sector we are looking for a Communication Manager at the earliest opportunity.
The Communication Manager develops and implements communication events, projects and exhibitions with respect to global & corporate customer communication events in national region; Press PR, and other communication activities. Strengthens communication in region.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Clearly understand company strategy, business plan, communication plan/policies/guidelines. Plan the long term communication strategy base on the business needs and put it into action.
2. Serve as a key account in national region for national & global events, press / PR, and marketing projects; represent regional business needs in communications planning efforts across Healthcare China.
3. Construct the spirit, content of hot spot event, trade show, exhibition, seminar, ceremony and internal staff meeting and training and then monitoring them respectively.
4. Communication Integration and drive the key message strategy.
5. Provide strong support on news/press generation, PR activities, and content planning for communication vehicles such as internet, Intranet and on-going communications channels, including production of videos and other multimedia programming.
6. Manage suppliers and control budget in all kinds of material creation, production, execution and maintenance within company business ethics.
7. Manage the event-management tool of CC.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- More than 10 years working experience with 8 years experience in Communication; With Leadership experiences is highly appreciated
- Advanced project management experiences to work successfully under pressure and in a time-constrained environment
- Well organized and planning. Good communication skill
- Preferably worked in multinational environment
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Excellent learning skills
- Strong marketing sense
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in collaboration, facilitation, & team building; expert
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Creative, innovative, self-motivated
- Strong compliance sense
