MISSIONS:
1) Collect sales forecast and plan modification request from Sales team and key Customer directly.
2) Update the demand plan and align sales orders with the demand plan (according to the defined rules on frozen etc.) through communication with Sales and Customers.
3) Monitor the Lead-time requested by the Customers and prepare logistics agreements concerning planning rules and orders management.
4) Create, Communicate and Confirm intercompany purchasing plan with overseas plants for trading materials. Enter purchase orders, check orders confirmation, follow up delivery to meet the demand plan and report shortage.
5) Coordinate with internal functions (Customs, Warehouse, and Delivery) to ensure materials availability and on time delivery.
6) Prepare report about sales plan/forecast regularly (on a rolling basis, for all visibility horizon, for all customers (Sell-Out and Sell-In), for all items)
7) Update and monitor KPIs on plan stability, respect of frozen period and rules: On Time Delivery, Order Intake, Turnover, Portfolio, Delay
8) Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge and experience required (education/major/working experiences/expertise, etc.) ：
1) Bachelor degree, major in Commerce/Logistics etc.
2) 5 years’ experience in sales planning, material planning or production planning.
3) Good communication skills
4) Experience in data management
5) Accuracy
6) Focused on Customer Satisfaction
7) Proactivity in analysis and reporting
8) Previous experiences in multinational Companies

Skills required (language/computer, etc.)：
1) Fluent English communication skills, cet-6.
2) Be able to operate ERP system. Deep Knowledge of SAP.
3) Proficient skills in Microsoft office, especially in Excel and Access
4) Knowledge of Business Object will be considered a plus
