职位描述：
Key Duties:
1. Layout planning and implementation responsibility of HB Store and Shop projects
2. Construction Management and handover of projects to Operations thereof
3. Oversee construction process and workmanship
4. Maintenance and in-store management of existing DOS stores
5. Budget analysis & costs controlling
6. Planning & allocation of resources to meet yearly project volume
7. Approval of reviewed layout before submission to AG and final winning tenderer
8. Manage liaison with vendor and project team
9. Final account costs reporting
10. Market feedback & proposals to upgrade construction standards & shop image

Essential Requirement:
1. Diploma above in Architectural or Interior Design;
2. Over 8 years relevant experience, retail industry background is plus;
3. Strong project management and budget control skills
4. Excellent communication and organisation skills
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
6. Knowledge of Auto-CAD 举报 分享
