Task 1: DC5/6 MB Channel Sales Planning and Management
? Develop DC5/6 multi-brand channel assortment guidelines and recommendations in terms of image/commercial accounts, or fashion/ street accounts, so to reach sales objectives
? Set target and manage OTB plan for DC5/6 multi-brand channel customers
? Manage Sell-in (TS set up, organize sell-in communication during TS, Review and adjust indent orders, tracking payment and shipment)
? Manage sell-in of Quick Response projects (Cream, SL9, FM, etc.)
? Manage sell-through (Comp, STS, ST Rate, M/D, etc.)
? Manage in-store VM plan and sales program implementation with accounts
? Media report tracking and clipping with accounts
? Daily communication with accounts, regular store visits to monitor brand presence and display, feedback to management about Issues that need support, (product replenishment, marketing/trade promotion needs, etc.)
Task 2 : Sales Process
? Track daily/monthly sales data with account stores, and make regular SI/ST analysis and generate reports
? Participate in sales process, (including forecasting and planning process, sales meeting, trade show, etc.)
? Be responsible for operational process: order transfer process, account opening/updating process, store authorization process, etc.
Task 3 : Team Success
? Establish and foster a strong, collaborative and efficient relationship with key peers in Merchandising, Marketing and Retail marketing to implement 360 degree assortment execution.
Task 4 : Market Intelligence
? Apply retail intelligence and market sensing capabilities (Tracking, Analyzing, Advising)
? Provide monthly competitors information; provide feedback on marketing campaign effects.
