职位描述：
1、负责门店建设管理，包括整体预算、布局、建设跟进和管理，质量监督
2、规范和建立门店管理制度、流程、手册编制并实施
3、制定门店考核目标（各项） 并定期进行绩效考核，帮助提高门店业绩
4、对门店店长进行专业指导培训及培养
5、制定门店各种节日活动


任职要求：
1、30岁以上，专科及以上学历
2、三年以上行业工作经验
3、沟通、管理协调能力强
