职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. In charge of daily operation for Azure Capacity:
 *Track capacity utilization trend and capacity demand.Identify fast growth customers/customer segment and understand the nature of the growth.Prepare routine capacity usage analysis report.
 *Work with Global team and operation partner to improve quota request process.Review and approve certain quota increase tickets form customers.Provide business insights to Global capacity management team to help Global team make sound decisions.
2. In charge of DevOPS support:
 *Familiar with Azure service landing related process and tools.Help service team solve DevOPS related issues during service onboarding.Identify process&tool gaps and work with Global team and operation partner to address the gaps.
 *Handle Azure internal subscription managemet(subscription creation,Billing update, subscription transfer, and process improvement)
3.Be PM owner to drive improve in IT support team of Operation Partner. 4.Works as team member?PMO in other ad-hoc projects.
项目经验：
1. 3~5years Project Manament experience in IT industry.Familiar with Azure is a plus.
2. Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin
3. Office/Executive:Good in excel,PPT,Visio,word etc. Good in SQL DB. Familiar with Power BI is a Plus.
4. excellent communication and presenting skill,strong analytical skills. Effective collaboration with across teams.
