Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate Dealer Marketing Plan project: including Dealer Planning Guide marketing requirement setting and consolidation, template preparation, dealer plan review and approval, dealer execution monitor and data analysis.
2. Design and implement Retail Campaign: cooperate with sales department, regional office and other cross-functional teams; monitor dealer execution and collect feedback of dealership, budget control & steering.
3. Develop and maintain Dealer Marketing System: deliver system ordering and reporting services regarding the marketing material, retail advertising, marketing planning, etc. to the whole dealership.
4. Evaluate and monitor Dealer Performance: coordinate Dealer Performance Agreement marketing target setting and evaluating, cooperate with marketing functional team and Manager Regional Marketing to track dealer marketing activities.
5. Ensure efficient two-way communication: establish regular process/meetings to ensure transparency and alignment between central marketing teams and regional offices.
6. PoS material development & warehouse management: manage the production/importation of PoS materials according to brand standard
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, sound knowledge in automotive industry and marketing field
2. At least 6 years working experience, including 3 years leadership experience
3. Proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, stress resistant and diligent
4. Familiar with MS office
5. Excellent in both oral and written English & Chinese
