Job Description & Responsibilities

1.Assisting Practice Management Related Matters, including

  • Updating client list/client portfolio for the group members;
  • During Quarterly/Annual filing period, collect filing return, make sure all the returns will be submitted to Tax Bureau.


2.Assisting HR Management Related Matters, including

  • Assist HR on new staff check-in procedure;
  • Assist HR to check staff attendance, including punctuality, leave record, make sure who is backup when someone take leaves, etc., prepare weekly/monthly leave report to group managers;
  • Assist HR to analyze utilization rate by person in the group and send to group leader for further action every month (monthly);
  • Assist HR to chase staff in completing the performance reviewing forms (Annually);
  • Assist HR to chase staff in completing people development plan forms after staff evaluation (Annually); and
  • Assist HR in completing CPA/Tax expert exam registration matters (Annually);


3.Assisting Administrative Related Matters, including

  • Group document handling (e.g. prepare documents for Tax seminar, need engagement manager’s written approval)
  • Handling professional staff below manager's business travel request (e.g. booking Hotel, air tickets);
  • Assist to key in the time sheets for those staff who are on business trip during the period end;
  • Organizing group social activities (e.g. group outing, lunch/dinner, etc.); and
  • Act as liaison person between staff in the group and administrative groups (GTS, L&E, RM, Admin., etc); help to chase staff in completing the action request from administrative groups.


Requirements


  • Degree holder in any discipline;
  • Minimum two years of working experience in a joint-venture or multinational company;
  • Auditing, HR or Operation experiences preferred;
  • Strong computer literacy. Excel is a must;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
