1) Organization:组织
? Line manager of several supervisors, the size of the UAP must not exceed a total number of 200 people
生产主管的直接经理,管理200人以内的生产部
? When relevant, line manager of support functions (quality, maintenance, continuous improvement, etc…) (support functions in the UAP are in limited number, and report functionally to the support function at plant level)
? 保持和支持部门的沟通(质量,维修,持续改进等)(在UAP的支持功能有数量限制,并向工厂级的支持功能汇报)
? Reports directly to Plant Manager and is a member of the Plant Management Committee
作为管理团队的一员,直接向工厂经理汇报
2) QCDP Performance:质量、成本、发运、人员的绩效管理
? Make sure QCD indicators reflect customer expectations
确保QCDP指标达到客户期望
? Commits to targets agreed during PIC/PDP process (Direct Labour headcount, shift organization, overtime, delivery schedules, pph,…)
对PIC/PCP过程的目标负责(直接工人力成本、班次、加班、计划、产量等)
? Define, for each supervisor, QCDP targets (improvement versus actual situation): ppm, pph, TRS, absenteeism, number of accidents, improvement ideas…
确定生产主管的QCDP目标(根据现状关注改进点):PPM,PPH,TRS,旷工,事故数量,合理化建议…
? Monitor results on a shift basis and report accurate data daily and especially during the plant management Top 5
监测各班生产结果和报告准确的数据,在工厂级的TOP5上如实汇报
? Manage resources to reach results: adapt headcount to volume (number of people, number of shifts), optimize equipment usage (TRS)
管理资源以达到结果:适当的人数(人数,班次),优化设备的需要(TRS)
? React in case of a problem: take care of immediate containment, call support functions if necessary, build corrective action plans…
出现问题时及时反应:立即遏制,必要时求助支持功能,建立纠正行动计划
3) Drive actions for improvement :驱使改善的行动
? Know team problems, seek feedbacks
查找团队的问题并寻求回馈
? Define area for performance improvements
定义绩效改进的领域
? Drive teamwork and problem-solving activities, lead Problem Solving Groups and workshops (5S, Hoshin, TPM, SMED, 7 Quality Basics…)
促进团队合作,积极解决问题,领导问题解决小组和workshop(5S,Hoshin,TPM,SMED,7个质量基础…)
? Optimize UAP lay-out and material flow
优化UAP的布局和物料流
? Drive improvement ideas process
促进合理化建议的实施
? Build and meet the UAP budgeted manufacturing costs, report them monthly
建立和满足UAP的制造成本预算,每月报告
? Ensure manufacturing readiness for new products launched in UAP (line preparation, team training, target definition, specs fine tuning,…)
确保在UAP推出新产品时的生产准备(生产线准备,小组培训,目标定义,规格调整等)
? Participate to early steps in new product launches
参与新产品的启动
? Define threshold and escalation of reaction modes to problems within his UAP
在自己的UAP内定义上升的反应模式
4) People Management :人员管理
? Assure daily management 日常管理
Close management of production through presence on the shop floor (50% of time attendance approx.) and daily management of the supervisors
管理现场和主管的日常工作(50%的工作时间在现场)
? Strict control of headcount on a daily basis
根据日常工作安排严格控制人员数量
? Coach supervisors in how to perform their role
指导主管如何发挥他们的管理角色
? Support and help to solve problems
帮助和支持主管解决问题
? Coordinate activities of support functions (problem solving, continuous improvement)
配合支持部门的工作(问题解决、持续改进)
? Ensure discipline and rigor (work wear, break times, working hours…)
确保严格执行个人行为规范(安全穿戴、休息时间、工作时间等)
? Ensure the respect of safety instructions, policies and procedures

5) Development of the team发展团队
? Coach Supervisors on how to better solve problems and how to devote 70% of their time to improvement actions
指导主管如何解决现场问题,保证70%的工作时间是在做改进措施
? Define staffing needs for UAP
确定部门的人员需求
? Participate to selection and recruitment of staff
参与员工的招聘和面试筛选
? Ensure proper induction of newcomers
确保新员工的融入流程
? Define training plan to increase team autonomy; ensure training and coaching of team members
定义部门培训计划的制定和实施
? Manage annual performance interviews for all direct reports
管理员工年度面谈
? Plan development of the people (validation and support from Plant Manager and Human Resources Manager when appropriate): training, job evolution
确定部门的人员发展计划
? Define the UAP strategy in term of polyvalence and polycompetence
根据多岗位和多技能确定部门的发展战略
? Ensure recognition upon individual performance: propose promotion and merit increase; take part of the decision process
确保员工认可机制:晋升、奖励
? Ensure proper flow of information to and from direct reports: top 5, regular information meetings, rapid cascade of critical information and of messages from management
确保信息沟通的通常:晨会、常规部门会议
6) Health, Safety and Environment and working conditions 健康、安全和环境及工作条件
? Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
确保全面执行HSE规则
? Drive HSE process within UAP
推动HSE流程在部门内的实施
? Drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics within UAP
推动部门内的工作条件和人机工程的改善
7) Team work 团队合作
? Ensure transparent timely communication with plant manager and other UAP managers

? Participate to the continuous improvement of Plant performance

? Ensure monthly information meeting within the UAP

Qualifications 任职资格:
? Specialisation in Production
有专业生产的知识
? At least 5 years of production experience
至少5年生产工作经验
? 3-5 year team management experience
3-5年团队管理经验
? Operational knowledge of Production methods (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM, GPAO)
具有生产操作的运作知识
? English required
能用英语进行日常工作交流
? Comply fully with the Code of Ethics and Code of Management of Faurecia
充分遵守佛吉亚《道德规范》和《管理规范》
