Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Recruitment
? Mainly responsible for the North, South and Central regions sales positions recruitment, include MR, Sales Assistant, ASM, RPM , RSD etc.
? Follow up the process of employee entry & departure which include forms signature, reference check & release offer and announcement.
? Update the vacancy record timely to ensure no vacancy in MR or ASM for longer than 3 months.
? Submit turn over & attrition form monthly and analysis the exit reasons quarterly according to the Exit Interview Records and share the analysis results with Sales Team and Line Manager.
? Vendor review every year and contract management.
? Update JD timely.
Employee Relationship
? Responsible for the fully communication with Sales Team numbers in certain situations, like exit interview, dismiss process, restructure project etc.
? Familiar with labor law and provide consulting service and other support to managers during the process of staff dismissal.
? Collect more useful info from employees via HR Rainbow Bridge Project and forward their voices to relevant Depts to improve our employees’ satisfaction.
Performance Management
? Assistant Sales Managers to improve performance rating for those bad performance employees through PIP and make full use of HRMS (HR System which include Performance Management Module) to set reasonable KPI and follow up the complete status.
? Provide support for Talent Project, like annual promotion, Executive Club evaluation and roll out the result to team timely.
Organization Development
? Identify problems existed in the organization, through training, optimization and other means to achieve the best allocation of personnel and keep team runs fast.
Required requisites
i) Experience and qualification
? Bachelor degree or above in HR/ Pharmaceutical related field
? A minimum of 5 years working experience in HR general functions, with 2 years’ experience in recruitment module. Pharmaceutical company experience is highly preferred.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Good command of written and oral English and computer literate
? Ability to work tight deadlines and under pressure
