The Technical Officer is responsible for providing technical knowledge and support to the sales staff and customers to ensure customer satisfaction, which is necessary to maintain the continued success and reputation nora.

? Technical service, installation and subfloor preparation recommendation
? Close and active cooperation & communication with the sales
? Write reports, such as work report and work conclusion, project proposal
? Material testing
? Deal with the complaints regarding products and customer services
? Installation and cleaning training for sales partner, customers, installers and architects.
? Technical support on site
? Model making

? 3+ years’ experience with flooring installation and maintenance/cleaning
? Self motivated and ability to manage multiple projects
? Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and ability to interact with people at all levels
? Strong problem solving skills and data and situational analysis capabilities
? Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
? Extensive travel required
? Team player with a positive attitude
? Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi task
